I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the generous service you provide Safe Connections clients. I am unemployed and working through an abusive relationship. A Safe Connections therapist suggested yoga as part of my therapy regimen and told me about you. I was hesitant and a little embarrassed but decided to try it.

I have now practiced with three different instructors and cannot say enough good about Big Bend Yoga. Each of the instructors has eased my anxieties. They have been very patient with me.

My inability to pay has never been questioned. I feel accepted. Yoga has been so good for me. My friends have noticed that I am calmer and that my self-confidence is being restored. Yoga helps find peace in the midst of my chaotic and painful world. I know I can get through this and I will be fine.

At this time I have no means to afford what your facility offers and so allowing me to participate has been a wonderful blessing.
