Mike Elliff, Ayurveda Lifestyle Consultant / Massage Therapist

Elements of massage practice include an electic blend of techniques including Swedish/deep tissue massage based on the principles of Ayurveda. Lymphatic drainage for lymphedema and post-surgical procedures including mastectomy, lumpectomy and cosmetic procedures. A graduate of the Kripalu School of Ayurveda, Mike now offers consultations to those who wish to incorporate the principles and practice of Ayurveda as part of their lifestyle management program. As a Professional Level Kripalu Yoga Teacher, Mike offers yoga classes at Washington University, The Big Bend Yoga Center and teaches persons affected by cancer at the Cancer Treatment Center and the Wellness Community. Elements of teaching include Hatha yoga designed to meet the needs of each person, Restorative yoga, a deeply relaxing practice and Yoga Nidra, a meditative practice.

Deborah began her work as a bodyworker almost 20 years ago. She has been teaching yoga for 12 years. Both bodywork clients and yoga students benefit from her experience and training in the fields of natural healing arts in both areas of endeavor. Deborah integrates her knowledge of energetic movement and anatomy into her work to provide optimal benefit for those who choose to work with her. Her work began in sports massage, where she acquired skills and knowledge about the physical body. Her additional experience with energy work and yoga brought more life and vitality to the work. Deborah frequently adds breathwork and yoga homework and movement therapy to her work. She specializes in Ortho-Bionomy (painless and quick positional releases), Reiki (practitioner of Reiki I and II), Viniyoga(yoga for transformation/change), Myofascial Release, Sportsmassage, Active Isolated Stretching, Jin Shin Jyutsu(energy movement), chakra balancing and breathwork. Deborah worked for six years with hospice patients as a complementary care specialist in subtle healing modalities. She received her Hatha Yoga Teacher certification from the Kriya Temple in Chicago and has added 150 hours of training in Viniyoga, studying with Gary Kraftsow. Deborah is available for private yoga sessions, therapeutic bodywork and energy work, and teaches and subs yoga classes.

Maegan is a licensed Acupuncturist and Oriental Bodyworker. She studied at the Institute of American Acupuncture and Life Medicine. Maegan practices Japanese Acupuncture and Meridian Therapy, which combines gentle needling with Asian Bodywork techniques. Acupuncture has no side effects and works in concert with any other system of medicine. She provides comprehensive health maintenance for the needs of all people, while focusing on Women's Health Care. Maegan has a private practice and sees clients both at Big Bend Yoga Center and St. Anthony's-Women's Specialty Center.

Joyce, a Nationally Certified Licensed Massage Therapist, Registered Nurse, Reiki & IET Master teacher, has over 2000 hours of training and 12+ years in the healing field of bodywork.  She intuitively blends therapeutic massage, healing energy therapies and Asian bodywork into each individualized session, honoring the unique needs of the client.  She is also an accredited teacher of T'ai Chi Chih.

Jeff is a Nationally Certified, Licensed Acupuncturist and Oriental Bodyworker. He has successfully treated hundreds of clients for conditions including: chronic & acute pain, allergies, digestive problems, constitutional imbalances, mood/stress disorders, and basic preventive maintainence. This acupuncture treatment (Japanese Acupuncture & Meridian Therapy) is gentle, safe and proven effective while Jeff's bodywork is an eclectic array of deep, relaxing and balancing techniques precisely tailored to the individual.

Renee is a nationally board certified, licensed massage therapist and bodyworker. She graduated from Midwest Institute of Natural Healing in Kansas City. Certifications include Body Somatic Therapy, Wholistic Energy and Zen Shiatsu and ETPS. Renee blends structural integration and intuition and includes energy and meridian work. With a variety of clients, including bodybuilders and people with chronic illness' such as MS and fibromyaligia, the session is tailored for each clients' particular needs and wants. So, whether it is help with a frozen shoulder, sciatica or relaxation and comfort, Renee can facilitate your healing.
